Apprenticeship Opportunities
Embrace MAT recognises the value of using apprenticeships to upskill existing staff while they remain in their current role. This is a great way for the trust to invest in our staff, retain their services, and demonstrate the valuable role apprenticeships can play in developing staff at all stages of their career, as well as those entering the world of work for the first time. Apprenticeships range from level 2 to level 7 qualifications (GCSE – Masters).

National Professional Qualifications (NPQs)
NPQs are a national, voluntary suite of qualifications, designed to support the professional development of teachers and leaders.
